RETURN POLICY

We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or store credit. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please email customer service at contact@ebonysadeart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. After receiving and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 14 days from the receipt of your item for processing. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. 

REFUNDS

We do not allow refunds, only exchanges and store credit. 

EXCEPTIONS

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Originals

  • Commissioned art

SHIPPING POLICY

Who likes extra charges? We don’t! That’s why we have decided to offer Free Shipping on all products sold through our website. 

ESTIMATED SHIPPING TIMES

Shipping time is estimated 3-5 business days after fulfillment of your order. This does not include commission (custom made) orders. For commission orders, you will receive a timeline for the completion of your piece(s).

SHIPPING METHOD

All items are shipped through USPS, unless otherwise requested. If you would like an alternative shipping method, you may request by email at contact@ebonysadeart.com

  • Alternate shipping methods are not covered by Free Shipping

EXCEPTIONS

Commission (custom made) works are not sold through this website, therefore, shipping charges will be quoted and added to the total cost.

Please note, you are responsible for return shipping if the item needs to be returned, except for defective/damaged items. See return policy for complete details.
